Working within a cohesive team environment you will take responsibility for a $35m P&L budget and oversee the Central Highlands and Wimmera region which comprises Ballarat, Horsham and Nhill. You will be responsible for continuing to develop a skilled and harmonious team embedding the values of Melba, which will undertake its responsibilities with high levels of engagement and enthusiasm. You will ensure the quality of services provided and the financial sustainability of your region is maintained to an exceptional standard.
You are a skilled and experienced people leader, ideally with a strong grasp of disability services in Victoria. You are energetic and committed to achievement of results and are able to operate collaboratively but also to demonstrate high levels of independence and initiative when required.
