Your new role

In this exciting new full-time role as Team Leader, you will be leading the new Women’s Supportive Housing Team, working with women and people who identify as female experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Your role has oversight for the quality delivery of a supportive housing program by three staff. You also will be able to maintain and develop your own practice skills through working with a small (non-gender specific) caseload. The role also contributes to the client service on-call roster.

Your day to day

  • You will be responsible and accountable for service delivery, with support from an experienced Manager
  • You will supervise the SHM Women’s Services Supportive Housing, Case Managers and set goals for the team
  • The role has responsibility for a reduced caseload providing case management and service coordination support to clients (all genders)
  • The role also provides exciting opportunities to contribute to organisational working parties, projects and initiatives
