Your new role

As one of a small team of Supportive Housing, Case Managers, you will spend your days working with other team members and clients to support, to settle into housing, stay housed, and improve their quality of life.

The role will see you working in the community and in people’s homes as you assist them to develop goals and navigate services that meet their needs to stay housed. You will be based in the heart of St Kilda supporting clients across the South and inner metro regions of Melbourne.

Your day to day

A typical day will see you working with other team members and clients, delivering case management and service coordination activities, and liaising with other agencies to support people to end homelessness.

The person we're looking for

The successful candidate will be:

  • Passionate about sustaining tenancies and ending homelessness in Melbourne
  • Organised and great with time but also flexible and responsive to client need
  • Experienced in the supportive housing and homelessness space.
  • Other community service area – such as AOD, Justice, Mental Health, Family Violence may be considered
