Every day of the year, Sacred Heart Mission assist hundreds of people who are experiencing homelessness or living in poverty to find shelter, food, care and support. Working within the People and Strategy Division, you will lead the research, monitoring and evaluation activities across the organisation. You will be responsible for the ongoing implementation and improvement of our Service Model Evaluation Framework and will also project manage other key strategic projects.
In this role you will work on a variety of interesting research topics and may interact with other organisations in the homelessness sector as well as government. You will love analysing data and producing insights that can inform Management and the Board of the effectiveness of our programs. You will be able to quickly understand the requirements of our programs to ensure that our systems and reports provide the information they need in a timely manner. You will have very good technical skills and may even have CRM experience.
