Your new role

The Greenlight Supportive Housing Program (GLSHP) is provided by Sacred Heart Mission, Vincent Care Victoria and The Salvation Army Australia. We will support people experiencing homelessness to settle into their new housing and stay housed The program provides specific support to sustain tenancies and links people to supports for underlying health and other needs.

Your day-to-day

  • You will be responsible and accountable for service delivery, with support from an experienced Manager.
  • You will supervise the Greenlight Team of 4 x Supportive Housing Workers, 2 x Mental Health Clinicians and a Peer Support Worker and set goals for the team.
  • The role also provides exciting opportunities to contribute to organisational working parties, projects and initiatives.

We're looking for someone who

  • Is passionate about sustaining tenancies and ending homelessness in Melbourne
  • Has experience in high quality service delivery and supporting high functioning teams
  • Has experience in coordinating a team to meet great client outcomes.
  • Has the adaptably and flexibility to hit the ground running.
  • Can contribute to our on-call roster across client’s services.

  • Maximum term full time 4 year contract from (1 July, 2021- 30 June, 2025) or Ongoing contract (with view to pivot to similar role and level if funding ends after 4 years)
