Your new role:

Working within the People and Strategy Division, you will lead the Quality and Projects team to deliver key strategic projects that drive the ongoing development of our best practice and evidence-based service model. You will also manage the ongoing implementation and improvement of robust systems that ensure we meet our quality, risk and compliance requirements across the organisation.

Your day-to-day:

In this role you will be working on a variety of tasks including key strategic projects and quality improvement, risk management and health and safety activities. You will be building relationships with staff and teams across the entire organisation, including direct reporting to the Executive and Board. You will provide support and leadership to your team and, as an active member of the Management Group, you will be a key contributor to the success of SHM.

We're looking for someone:

  • With relevant degree qualification in Social or Health Sciences or equivalent knowledge and experience
  • With strong project management skills
  • Experienced working within a busy not for profit environment
  • Able to be flexible and creative
  • Team-focused with strong interpersonal skills
