Every day of the year, Sacred Heart Mission assist hundreds of people who are experiencing homelessness or living in poverty to find shelter, food, care and support. We are in this for the long haul - we are committed to making a sustainable difference in people’s lives. Everyone is welcome at our table.
Our Supportive Housing Team ensures people experiencing primary homelessness are housed and on a pathway out of homelessness through up to 12 months of support. Working full-time, you will advocate on behalf of clients and assist them to engage or re-engage with an appropriate range of holistic service providers and community inclusion opportunities.

A typical day can involve assertive engagement and outreach to establish a robust professional relationship with clients. You will work in partnership with other SHM client service programs as well as the broader support and housing systems. This vital role assists people to access housing or accommodation and settle into their new home and community. The position is based within Sacred Heart Central Support Services.
