Every day of the year, Sacred Heart Mission (SHM) assist hundreds of people who are experiencing homelessness or living in poverty to find shelter, food, care and support. As the Administration Officer you will be working within a Trauma Informed framework and inline with the Sacred Heart Mission philosophy, you will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming, safe and comfortable front of house experience for our residents, who have a history of homelessness, disadvantage, trauma and mental illness.
In your new role, you will be constantly engaging with the residents and assisting the Facility Manager with the day to day operations of the business.
