About the role

We are seeking a Full-Time Service Manager to lead a team to deliver CHSP, HCP, DVA, and VHC services to over 500 clients in the greater Darwin Region.

Skills and experience

To be successful in the role you will need:

• Relevant qualifications in a social welfare/human service/health discipline (will consider candidates with relevant work experience).
• A sound understanding and experience managing CHSP, HCP, DVA and VHC programs.
• Advanced leadership skills including experience leading a team through change.
• Sound knowledge and experience implementing person centred care, wellness and reablement programs.
• Compassion, empathy and a sound appreciation of the complexities associated with the provision of care services in the community setting.
