About the role

Richmond Wellbeing is currently implementing new business systems to support the operational requirements of our organisation, in this role you will coordinate the implementation of new systems as well as provide end user support and co-ordination of system maintenance and administration for RW’s business systems.

Your other main responsibilities include:

• Document critical incidents and provide diagnosis, resolution and user support
• Deliver training to identified users
• Design and develop reports
• Build effective working relationships with suppliers and third-party vendors
• Identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to the Systems Manager
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures and manuals and resources as required
• Maintain awareness of current trends, issues and technologies with business systems

About you!

To be successful you will have the following key attributes:

• A tertiary qualification in information technology or related fields or equivalent knowledge through training, application and experience
• Experience in supporting and administering business systems

• Demonstrated skills in developing policies, guidelines and standards.
• Demonstrated communication, interpersonal and written skills.
• Demonstrated conceptual and analytical skills, including the ability to identify, evaluate and resolve problems and issues.
• Demonstrated organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks, exercise initiative and meet agreed service level agreements.
• Competence in commonly used computing applications, previous experience using salesforce is desirable
