About the role

Reporting to the General Manager Corporate Services, Corporate Services Officer is a full-time role that is responsible for providing efficient support in areas of Project Management, Systems, Facilities and Assets and Quality and Compliance.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Daily administration functions and support
  • Monitor project progress and report any potential issues
  • Act as a first point of contact for all projects
  • Collecting and analysing project data
  • Managing project documentation and contracts
  • Overseeing work performed by contractors and reporting
  • Provide utilities, equipment and furnishing for newly acquired properties
  • Reviewing potential properties and facilities
  • Assist with regular inspection of properties and site condition reports.

About you

You will possess the following key attributes:

  • Demonstrate experience in a project management role
  • Diploma in Business or other relevant qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to act independently and work on own initiative whilst being able to work in a team successfully
  • Ability to represent Richmond Wellbeing in a professional manner at all times
  • Positive attitude towards people experiencing mental distress
  • Proactive individual who is enthusiastic and committed to upholding the Richmond Wellbeing values and principals.

Desirable attributes:

  • Knowledge of and experience working within the Mental Health Sector
  • Lived experience of mental health recovery or as family members of people with a lived experience of recovery.
