This Community Health organisation is passionate about enabling clients in the community to live safely and independently.
If you are new graduate or Grade 2 Occupational Therapist this is a perfect opportunity to join a dynamic multi-disciplinary allied health team where you can directly impact the lives of your young clients and their families.
With a paediatric focus working with birth to 18 year old age group who are living in the community and require support to improve independence and function in daily living. Interventions may include functional retraining, equipment prescription and home modifications. Helping children with autism, MBS and capacity building work in preschool early years services and schools through various funding streams.
Part of the role will see you coordinate accessible services and health promotion programs. There is also opportunity to diversify with Adult and cases.
