Well-established community health is seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Intervention Coordinator (OT, Speech Pathologist, Physio, RN, Psych or equivalent) to join their busy team. The ECEI Coordinator will be working as a key member of a trans-disciplinary team, implementing the NDIS ECEI approach to assist all children with developmental delay and/or disability and supporting their families to achieve better long term outcomes through support services in their local community.
Delivering quality care when and where it best meets the client's need including on-site, at home and in the community. You will be responsible for assessments, developing goals, planning and delivery of paediatric occupational therapy/speech therapy/physiotherapy services in accordance with NDIS ECEI approach and organisational framework. Undertaking accurate, timely documentation, participating in quality improvement and professional development activities.
Demonstrating a high level of commitment to the service that reflects a positive engaging culture with all encounters including clients groups, individuals and stakeholder discussions. Maintaining a professional relationship with external stakeholders and contribute to the development of students undertaking placements.
