Ruby & Ollie's All Abilities Childcare is seeking a FABULOUS Manager to oversee our OSHC services at Thornlands and Mackenzie.

In this role, you will be supporting young people living with a disability, in a leisure-based program, underpinned by the My Time Our Place framework. This is an incredibly important role and the impact you'll be making to the lives of the children and their families are immense.

Position Objective

The Centre Manager / Nominated Supervisor is accountable to Ruby and Ollies for the overall operation, management, and administration of the Thornlands & Mackenzie Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) servicesDuties & expectations include, but are not limited to:

• Pedagogical Leadership
• Delivery of Quality Education & Care and Children’s Programs
• Staff Management and Leadership
• Financial Management and Administration
• General Administration Functions
• Ability to travel between sites
• Positive and empathetic nature
• Experience and confidence managing a team of staff
• Impeccable communication skills
• Initiative and ability to think outside the box is a must
