Join global renewable energy giant's rapidly growing Australian division as the newest member of the in-house legal team. Reporting to their vibrant Legal Counsel, you will work closely together as a team providing the essential legal support for each of their sustainable energy projects end-to-end across wind energy, solar energy, bioenergy, from development, realisation/consultation to on-going management and maintenance, nationally.

Working side-by-side their legal counsel you will take responsibility for all records and compliance management for multiple business entities, manage and create template documents, contracts, project management workflows, all-the-while identifying any basic legal issues by owning your role, getting involved, raising queries and developing a deep understanding of the organisation and its exciting projects.

This is a fast paced and exciting environment where change for a rapidly growing company is the norm. As a consummate paralegal professional your reliability, accuracy and sound judgement will be depended upon and in turn will allow you to step up and take on increasing responsibility as you and the organisation grows. We need a driven and focused individual who is willing to get stuck in, work to close deadlines as the project work flow nature of this growing entity will ebb and flow.

Your ability to think on your feet, think critically and own your role is essential. You are tech savvy, ideally with a minimum 5 years experience in a similar, preferably in-house, paralegal position, together with any appropriate qualifications. Any company secretarial experience would be highly regarded. Salary is commensurate with experience and a performance based bonus scheme is on offer.
