Precision Health Care, established in 2010 as a private practice, is now a proud member of the Royal Rehab Group, a leading provider of disability and rehabilitation services.
Representing a broad range of professions, our people are united by our values of honesty, respect, working together and innovative thinking. We are inspired by a commitment to clinical excellence and personalised care.
The team at Precision Health Care values client centered care. Our therapists take pride in being up to date with current research and use the latest evidence to ensure the most effective treatment program. We understand the importance of explaining your condition and tailoring a management/therapy plan to your goals.
Our onsite clinic, gym and therapy areas support effective exercise-based rehabilitation, with private consultation rooms ensuring client privacy. Additionally, our new fully-equipped gym on the first floor offers private memberships for clients to continue their rehab and exercise programs independently between appointments.
In this role, you will join our supportive team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Exercise Scientists, Allied Health Assistants, and friendly support staff.
Professional development is a priority here, with regular in-services, mentoring from senior Physiotherapists, and opportunities for both in-house and external Pilates training.
Life is relaxed with cleaner air, lighter traffic, friendly people, and plenty of walking and cycling tracks, social and sporting options. Known as the ‘hub of the West,’ Dubbo offers the benefits of a large regional city with a country feel, minimal traffic, and regular flights to Sydney, Newcastle, Brisbane, and Melbourne.
To be successful in this role, you will be a motivated professional with a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Your excellent communication skills and empathetic nature allow you to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues alike.
You have a solid foundation in physiotherapy principles and practices, with a keen interest in continuing your professional development. Your ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions is complemented by your enthusiasm for working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
We know diversity makes Precision Health Care a great place to work, and we are committed to building an inclusive workplace culture that reflects the people we serve. We encourage applications from all members of our community, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, LGBTIQA+ individuals, people with disability, and those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
If you require any adjustments to participate equitably in the recruitment process, or to support you in the workplace should you be successful, please let us know. We are committed to creating an inclusive and accessible environment where all individuals can thrive.
