  • $70 - $85k (plus super) based on experience.

  • Use your experience and passion for the fundraising sector to oversee the implementation of direct response fundraising communications and marketing campaigns for some of Australia’s most renowned charities including The Salvation Army, Royal Flying Doctor Service, CBM and Beyond Blue.
  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring all our partners receive the highest quality service.

Who we are looking for

This will be a perfect role for someone enthusiastic about using their skills to change the world for those who need it most.

In this role, you will work alongside industry-leading strategic and creative professionals to develop and manage the execution of integrated multi-channel campaigns for some of Australia’s most renowned charities.

You will be a highly motivated and organised strategic thinker who works rationally and collaboratively at pace.

You’re a problem-solver with exceptional attention to detail who can clearly articulate your thinking and present confidently to clients.

Above all else, we are looking for someone who will take initiative and always put the needs of our clients first.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Be a direct point of contact for Robejohn clients and provide the highest levels of customer service.
  • Maintain regular face-to-face liaison with clients and be responsive to client needs.
  • Collaborate with and inspire co-workers to develop and execute effective and quality marketing services and fundraising campaigns.
  • Manage, brief and oversee campaign production with external suppliers
  • Manage and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Organise client briefings, engage and brief Robejohn creative team
  • Review creative output to ensure the work meets client brief. Brief amendments to creative team, keep client & creative/s on track with the agreed brief
  • Attend meetings and assist in client presentations.
  • Support colleagues and clients to maximise effectiveness of activities.
  • Learn more about the fundraising industry and what factors lead to better results for Robejohn’s clients.

Your knowledge and experience include:

  • 3+ years' proven account management experience working in a fundraising agency, or relevant campaign management experience with a not-for-profit organisation, or both.
  • Literate in PC, including O365 suite.
