Redfern Legal Centre increases access to justice and pursues social change. Since 1977, we have worked to redress inequality that adversely and disproportionately affects people experiencing disadvantage. We do this through providing free legal services, policy and law reform work for systemic change; and building capacity in the community.

The Employment Rights Legal Service is an innovative collaboration between Redfern Legal Centre, Inner City Legal Centre, and Kingsford Legal Centre to address the employment exploitation of migrant workers. The state-wide legal service provides legal assistance to marginalised workers and in particular migrant workers and engages in law reform and policy work to effect change.

This position is employed by and based at Redfern Legal Centre and works with the project coordinator, also based at Redfern Legal Centre, and works with Inner City Legal Centre and Kingsford Legal Centre solicitors.

This position is a permanent role, full-time or part-time.
