Rise manages a unique portfolio of properties housing tenants participating in programs such as ‘The Independent Living Program’ for people living with mental health or coming from the Department of Justice. Our mission is to support clients to continue living independently, whilst meeting their program requirements and obligations of their lease agreement to succeed in their tenancy journey.
This isn’t your run-of-the-mill admin role, you’ll manage maintenance requests, process invoices, and act as a central point of contact for tenant enquiries, while maintaining systems and supporting tenant communications to keep property operations running seamlessly.
This position will be based at Rise’s Head Office, Helen’s Place (Middle Swan), with flexibility for hybrid work-from-home arrangements and working 8am to 4pm. The contract will initially be offered as a 12-month fixed term, with the possibility of permanency.

Appointments to this position require a NDIS worker screening check. Costs for new checks will be covered and/or reimbursed by Rise.
