Rippling is a ground-breaking start-up venture, established by a consortium of Australia’s leading charities to refresh and re-invigorate the Australian fundraising marketplace. The organisation intends to build a significant fundraising field force to solicit new supporters on behalf of its stakeholders. Rippling’s goal is to become the most cost efficient, effective and ethical recruiter of regular giving supporters in Australia.
A highly motivated, dynamic sales leader, with hands on experience of building, managing and coaching face to face sales/fundraising teams (50+ field staff) is sought to take on the role of field operations as the National Sales Manager.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for the recruitment, development, and management of the organisation’s field force, with the goal of building a world class “best practice” fundraising programme. In addition to providing inspirational leadership to the fundraising teams, you will play a crucial role in assisting the CEO to shape fundraising strategy and develop the organisation’s performance-oriented culture. You will also be expected to provide hands on field coaching until such time as an effective coaching and training infrastructure is fully established. This is a permanent, full time role.
