As a Not-for-Profit organisation, Rippling intends to build a significant fundraising field force to solicit new supporters on behalf of its founding members. Our goal is to have a positive impact on sustainable donor acquisition and in doing so become the most efficient, effective and ethical recruiter of regular giving supporters in Australia.

About the Role

We are looking for an innovative, highly motivated leader to join Rippling as our Fundraising Manager.The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for managing field teams and optimising the performance of our donor acquisition program, ensuring a high quality and professional service for Rippling’s charity partners.

Working across multiple campaigns, the Fundraising Manager will be a trainer, mentor and exemplar for the fundraising teams, embodyingRippling’s values for innovation, integrity and leadership. As Fundraising Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • The recruitment, management, training and coaching of fundraisers and team leaders
  • Ensuring campaign, team and individual sales targets are met
  • Providing high quality, professional and sustainable fundraising campaigns
  • Regularly meeting with charity partners to update and review campaign performance
  • Coordinating rosters for field staff across multiple sites
  • Ensuring field activity complies with Rippling’s values, guidelines, policies and procedures
  • Evaluating staff performance using a range of metrics, including key performance indicators
  • Visiting site locations to provide feedback, support and coaching to staff

What You Need to Succeed

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience leading and managing sales/fundraising teams
  • Proven people skills with experience and enthusiasm for recruiting, training, managing, mentoring and evaluating staff
  • Motivated and self-directed, highly goal and target driven
  • Exceptional communication skills, including spoken, written and presentation skills
  • Must possess advanced sales or fundraising skills and possess the ability to mentor a team to the same level
  • Must be able to lead team to consistently meet and exceed production/quality targets.
  • Must possess excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Current Driver’s License
  • Full Australian Working Rights
