Alternatively, you might bring more experience and be looking for a pro-rated $70,000 - $100,000 salary over 4 days/ week.
To hit the ground running:
You're someone who can get stuck in and assess where the team and current customer service is at, build rapport and rally the team around you, and identify a short and medium term strategy to implement for team success.
The balance of work will shift over time, but to start:
- 50% digital marketing strategy and execution
- 25% coaching, planning & collaborating with the team, clients and stakeholders
- 25% other creative content creation for website, newsletters etc
How you can apply your skills towards this mission:
If you're keen to hit the ground running with content creation and digital marketing, and can channel your creative energy to generate new growth and success for impact clients over time - this could be your cup of tea!
If you have skills, experience or sparks of joy for the following this is also a good sign:
- Business Growth: Driving brand awareness with at least 2+ years experience in Marketing, E-Commerce or PR (think laterally about 'years of experience' for this one).
- Digital Communication and Marketing: You have a flair for designing and implementing a broad range of marketing strategies including crafting social media content, copywriting for newsletters and presenting. Google Analytics, WebTrends and Ad Management across Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok might be your (new or old) fave tools to keep your finger on the pulse!
- Strategy: Collaborating with a small expert team to deeply understand the needs of clients - developing and iterating strategy that increases conversions and achieves their impact engagement goals, while also delivering our clients top quality support.
- Purpose: Values alignment with the team and the broader mission - to remove barriers to employment for women, and set them up for success in the digital economy for full social and economic participation.
