About the role:

The Presentation design coordinator role is an opportunity for a dynamic, self-starter with initiative and self-confidence who appreciates an agile working environment and wants the challenge of performing a varied role. You will work closely with the consulting and leadership team on a day-to-day basis, reporting to the Head of Design.

As part of this role you will be:

• Designing and producing bespoke materials for both internal and client engagements.
• Building and designing impactful and easy-to-digest client presentations and workshop materials.
• Formatting PowerPoint packs, developing design ideas to present complex ideas and concepts in a simple and effective manner and to the highest possible standard.
• Using your outstanding attention to detail ensuring all the materials we deliver including reports, presentations, proposals, case studies as well as other internal marketing materials are of the highest possible standard.
• Coordinating and managing workflow to and from the consulting team; including prioritising work, management of timelines and deadlines, and sharing best practice expectations and processes with the larger team.

To be successful at Right Lane you will have:

• A tertiary degree qualification;
• Strong design experience in a corporate setting;
• Exceptional PowerPoint (essential) and Word skills;
• Outstanding attention to detail;
• The ability to work under pressure;
• The ability to prioritise and to manage multiple projects and timelines;
• Experience with InDesign and Photoshop
• The ability to reframe complex information into simple, visual communications;
• A good eye for how graphics and text work together to create pages that are visually appealing and easy to read;
• Good written communication skills;
• The ability to work autonomously in a dynamic and challenging environment.
• NOTE: a major part of this role is the use of PowerPoint to create materials for our consulting team. It is essential you have exceptional PowerPoint skills.
