Richmond Fellowship Tasmania (RFT) is the largest community-based providers of community mental health services in Tasmania. Lead the People and Culture team to provide human resources, learning and development, employee engagement, rostering and scheduling, HR systems and continuous improvement support to the Richmond Group (Richmond Fellowship Tasmania and Richmond Futures). This position also provides industrial relations advice and liaises with lawyers over any matter requiring more formal advice.
Provision of line management support to all employees within the function as well as conducting professional supervision for own cohort of employees is required.
This position is full time with a maximum term of 3 years. It is subject to a 6-month probation if applicable.
This position will support the strategic, operational and cultural direction of the Richmond Group responsible for ensuring that there is a strong emphasis on growth, productivity, efficiency and service quality.
