The Responsible Investment Association Australasia (RIAA) is looking for an organised, administrative all-rounder to join our team. This is a part time, 0.6FTE position.

The Program Officer is responsible for supporting the RIAA Program Manager across a range of functions, within some of the most exciting areas of responsible investment and sustainable finance today. You will provide the secretariat for RIAA’s working groups, and coordination for key RIAA functions. This includes scheduling working group meetings, preparation of meeting papers, coordination and monitoring of work programs, diary management for the CEO and other support across the organisation. This is a great opportunity to work with a passionate team, and to develop your knowledge about responsible investment.

The ideal candidate will be an organised administrator who thrives in a busy environment, with multiple projects on the go at the one time. You will be experienced at coordinating meetings, preparing meeting papers and documenting meeting outcomes. You will be flexible in your approach, and used to working with busy managers and executives to get things done.

You will have expertise in:

  • Providing secretariat to committees and working groups
  • Diary management and administrative support for an executive or CEO
  • Coordination of tasks and activities across organisations or departments
