Richmond Fellowship Queensland (RFQ) is seeking an experienced and motivated professional to work across the NDIS Core Supports Program and take on a leadership role.

About the position

The Senior Recovery Support Worker works alongside the Assistant Area Manager to ensure excellent service delivery in Metro South’s NDIS support services. The role has supervisory responsibility and will oversee NDIS support services. The position also provides individual and group support, including group facilitation. Efficient and effective administration duties are also an essential part of this role.

Requirements include

• 4-year degree preferably in a human services related field with at least one year relevant experience; or less formal qualifications with substantial years of relevant previous experience
• Experience or willingness to advance career in a leadership role
• Ability to work autonomously and professionally within RFQ's service philosophy and values
• A strong sense of professional boundaries and integrity
• Current valid driver’s licence and access to a registered roadworthy and insured vehicle (minimum third-party property)
• Undergo criminal history screening and obtain and maintain a valid NDIS worker screening clearance pursuant to the Disability Services Act 2006 (Qld)
