Richmond Fellowship Queensland (RFQ) is seeking a motivated and emerging leader to join the Hospital to Home (H2H) program located at Herston.

About the position

This is an exciting opportunity for an emerging leader to take the reigns of the Metro North H2H program. The position fosters professional working relationships with hospital, community and internal stakeholders, provides regular reports to management in relation to contractual obligations and provides supervisory support to other staff.

Requirements include

  • Degree in a human service related field or Certificate IV/Diploma in Mental Health and demonstrated previous experience working with people with mental illness
  • Proven experience in leading and supervising teams and a demonstrated understanding of the community and/or mental health sector
  • Proven strong administrative skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload and respond to rostering, client and staff matters in a timely manner
  • Ability to work autonomously and professionally within RFQ's service philosophy and values
  • A strong sense of professional boundaries and integrity
  • Current driver’s licence and access to a registered roadworthy and insured vehicle (minimum third-party property)
  • Willingness and ability to undertake vaccination in line with Queensland Health requirements and directives
  • Undergo criminal history screening and obtain and maintain a valid NDIS worker screening clearance pursuant to the Disability Services Act 2006 (Qld)
