RFQ are excited to announce that we are seeking an organised, detail orientated tech lover to join our innovative and passionate ICT team in our Annerley office on a minimum 12-month contract with the possibility of extension.

As an ICT Service Desk Support Officer with RFQ you will be providing first and second level support to the wider organisation and support the team in managing company infrastructure, devices and software applications. You will be joining a supportive and forward-thinking team who will share your passion for innovation, technology and problem solving!

Your day may look like:

  • Be the first point of contact for all IT-related inquiries and issues through our Service Desk.
  • Provide timely and effective resolution of IT issues (incidents and service requests) for RFQ staff, ensuring the smooth operation of services.
  • Escalate more complex issues to higher-level IT staff as needed, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Support the ICT Manager with monitoring, maintaining, documenting and troubleshooting RFQ's infrastructure, software, and hardware.
  • Facilitate efficient and effective service delivery to enable RFQ's mission in providing community mental health services.

You will need:

  • Diploma or certificate in Information Systems/Technology or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in supporting Microsoft services and products, including Windows 10+, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure Active Directory.
  • Networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN troubleshooting).
  • Experience in supporting Windows PC hardware and common peripherals.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Office applications and video conferencing tools is preferred
