Are you passionate about using data to create meaningful supporter connections? At the Royal Flying Doctor Service (Queensland Section) (RFDS), our Fundraising & Engagement team is looking for a Fundraising Data Services Lead (internally known as Data Services Manager) to play a key role in delivering personalised, high-impact supporter engagement.
In this pivotal role, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end data management across our fundraising operations, ensuring accuracy, integrity and strategic segmentation that supports successful campaigns and strong supporter relationships.
As a key member of the Supporter Experience team, you’ll play a critical behind-the-scenes role in enabling the broader fundraising function to deliver exceptional supporter experiences, raise essential funds and create meaningful impact.
