Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung Cultural Heritage Aboriginal Corporation 

The Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung Cultural Heritage Aboriginal Corporation is a Registered Aboriginal Party appointed under the Aboriginal Heritage Act 2006. The Corporation holds statutory responsibilities for the protection and management of Aboriginal cultural heritage objects and places in Victoria. Additional functions of the corporation include environmental land management, cross-cultural education, traditional welcome -to -country and smoking ceremonies, and cultural consultations. 

About the position 

We are looking for someone with high-level leadership, management and coordination skills to lead the overall operations of the organisation. As well as being responsible for day-to-day functions you will work with the board to develop and implement a strategic plan and operational plan that aligns with the strategy of the corporation. You will be managing productive relationships, including various stakeholders to ensure the corporation’s objectives are met in a manner consistent with best practice corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
