An exciting opportunity to utilise your clinical background in leading a team of dedicated, highly skilled mental health professionals.
We are working with a community health organisation that provide a range of health promotion and prevention programs, primary health, mental health, dental, gambling support services, volunteering and community services to people of all ages and backgrounds within the community. their workforce of 150 staff and 200 volunteers are based within the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
Reporting to the Chief of Services, the Mental Health Program Manager will provide effective leadership and management. Ensuring our mental health service offering and delivery is evidence-based, financially viable and compliant with quality, funding bodies, legislative and accreditation standards. The Gamblers Help Southern team includes both therapeutic and financial counselling funded by the Victorian Responsible Gambling Foundation.
This role requires a leader that thrives on their team delivering positive outcomes through a variety of modalities including face to face available at multiple sites, telehealth and video conferencing. The Mental Health Program Manager is a key member of the leadership team to drive service delivery and ensure desired mental health outcomes for our clients are achieved.
Provide your team with a supportive and coaching leadership style incorporating your clinical background to understand the complexity of delivery of mental health services.
