RedR Australia manages Australia Assists, the Australian Government’s humanitarian civilian deployment program.

The Role

Reporting to the People & Capability Coordinator, the People & Capability Administrator will provide support with administrative tasks including filing, scanning, contract preparation, payroll and other tasks to assist the People & Capability department and the Roster & Deployments team as well.

Requirements for the role

  • A can do attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Demonstrated experience and an understanding of administrative tasks.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIMS systems and capability and interest in learning new technical systems as needed.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.

The role attracts $55,000 plus 10% Superannuation plus salary packaging.
