When a child is diagnosed with cancer, it affects the whole family. In the daunting and unpredictable experience that follows diagnosis, a child needs as much stability and support from their family as possible. Redkite is a lifeline for families, providing real emotional, financial and practical support. Because holding it together when your child’s life is in question can feel impossible.
The P&C Business Partner will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the Executive team to provide an employee-oriented and high-performance culture emphasising empowerment, building skills and capability, improved quality, productivity, and ongoing development of an engaged workforce.
The position is ideal for someone who has had experience in partnering with business leaders in a generalist P&C role with the ability to demonstrate building an engaged and high performing work environment. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following skills & experience:
