About Redkite:

When a child is diagnosed with cancer, it affects the whole family. In the daunting and unpredictable experience that follows diagnosis, a child needs as much stability and support from their family as possible. Redkite is a lifeline for families, providing real emotional, financial and practical support. Because holding it together when your child’s life is in question can feel impossible.

The role:

The P&C Manager will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the Executive team to provide an employee-oriented and high-performance culture emphasising empowerment, building skills and capability, improved quality, productivity, and ongoing development of an engaged workforce.

About you:

The position is ideal for someone who has had experience in partnering with business leaders in a generalist P&C role to build an engaging and high performing work environment. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following skills & experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a senior HR role
  • Strong generalist skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the link between people, talent, and the delivery of commercial imperatives
  • Well-versed in Australian Employment Law and experience with Award interpretation, payroll and remuneration
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience in consulting, influencing, and negotiating with Senior Management
  • Well-developed written communication skills including report writing, with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business or Management
  • Experience working in the not-for-profit sector desirable
  • Post Graduate Qualifications in Human Resources an advantage
