In the daunting and unpredictable experience that follows diagnosis, a child needs as much stability and support from their family as possible. Redkite is a lifeline for families, providing real emotional, financial and practical support. Because holding it together when your child’s life is in question can feel impossible.
The People and Culture Advisor (Operations) is responsible for employee lifecycle operations including managing employment contracts and onboarding documentation for new employees, employee movements and offboarding. Maintaining and reporting on people and culture key performance indicators and providing People and Culture systems support. The role also encompasses people and culture responsibilities for Redkite’s volunteers, our work health and safety program and supports fortnightly payroll within an outsourced payroll environment.
The role sits within a People and Culture team of four, where collaboration and support are paramount. As such there are opportunities to learn and grow in specialist areas such as learning and development, employee relations and recruitment and selection.
The position is ideal for someone who has had experience in employee lifecycle operations and is looking for an opportunity to use that experience to drive lifecycle process improvement within an organisation open to new ideas and systems driven productivity improvements. While employee experience throughout the operational employee lifecycle is your passion, you are keen to be exposed to broader People and Culture areas and willing to roll up your sleeves to play a role in say, employee induction training or recruitment and selection activities.
