The role:

The Head of Technology will play a key leadership role with overall responsibility for all aspects of technology at Redkite, including strategy development and implementation, identifying emerging technologies, optimising use of our systems and being a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive team. This will involve ensuring Redkite’s IT and digital infrastructure is fit for purpose, effective, reliable and secure, enabling us to deliver on our strategic ambitions. You will be joining a dedicated team of professionals during a time of organisational growth and change as we embark on a new strategic plan, providing you with the opportunity to deliver positive outcomes for families.

About you:

The position is ideal for a highly motivated and enthusiastic leader with experience in similar senior roles, who is both strategic and operational. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following skills & experience:

• Significant Salesforce experience, preferably in a Not-for-Profit organisation
• Developing the IT strategic plan and roadmap, including emerging technologies, supporting our strategic ambition
• Develop and lead a team of IT professionals
• Driving automation, systems simplification, integration and data analytics
• Successful track record leading projects, cultural change and digital transformation initiatives
• Building strong engagement with stakeholders
• Strong business acumen
