The role:

The Corporate Partnerships Coordinator plays an integral role in engaging with Redkite’s biggest corporate partners, including the Coles Group. This role will see you playing a critical relationship management role within the Coles partnership team as well as involvement in other partnership activities as required.

This role involves regular travel, suiting proactive candidates with excellent time management skills who enjoy meeting new people. Essential to success will be the ability to work and travel independently, while also contributing to a supportive and collaborative interstate team. You will be the main point of contact for Coles team members, organise regular visits to Coles stores and sites and be the ‘voice’ for Redkite. This role is also responsible for supporting the development and execution of key fundraising campaigns with the Coles Group and other corporate partners as required.

While prior not-for-profit fundraising experience is advantageous, this is an ideal entry level role for the not-for-profit sector. This is an excellent opportunity to develop and grow your career by stepping into a challenging and varied role.

About you:

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following skills & experience:

  • Aptitude for, or preferably proven experience in, building strong and authentic relationships with internal and external stakeholders of all levels.
  •  Proven experience delivering presentations to external stakeholders with the ability to adjust in formal and informal settings.
  • Ability to develop and adapt communications to respond to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to enable high level phone and email communications.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple tasks with shifting and short deadlines and changing circumstances
  • Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills, confidence with internet and email and ability to understand and use a CRM database.
  • Proven success working collaboratively as a part of team to build and improve processes, to share learnings and ideas, and to learn from teammates.
  • Current full driver’s license.
