Redkite is a lifeline for families whose children are diagnosed with cancer. We are national kids’ cancer charity providing emotional and financial support to families going through the unimaginable difficulties and uncertainties of cancer. 

The role:

Join a dynamic national corporate partnerships team to continue growing an impressive corporate portfolio by adding new and mutually beneficial partnerships. Reporting directly to a highly experienced Head of Corporate Partnerships, you will be able to create a tangible and immediate impact to those affected by cancer. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Lead the development and execution of the new business strategy and pipeline
  • Create and maximise lead generation opportunities
  • End to end management of new business development to generate sustainable revenue against income targets
  • Conduct systematic industry research to identify alignment opportunities, prepare research briefs, establish new business meetings  
  • Facilitate introductions via Redkite networks
  • Develop unique and mutually beneficial partner propositions and deliver presentations to corporate prospects

About you:

This position is ideal for someone who has 3-5 years’ experience in new business development and achieving revenue targets. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following skills & experience:

  • Successful in new business development and building a sales pipeline
  • Pipeline and budget management with proven results in meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Superior writing, editing, proofreading and communication skills for proposals, presentations and reports
  • Proven experience in pitching and presenting to senior executives
  • Experienced relationship manager working closely with board members and C-suite executives.
