Join UPA as a Nurse Educator and lead the development and delivery of nursing education programs across 2 residential aged care facilities in the Central West Region.

The Opportunity

• Full-time, Monday-Friday role based at Ascott Gardens in Orange, NSW (Central West Region).
• Responsible for staff development, mentoring, and ensuring compliance with education programs.
• Lead and manage nursing education for a team of 170, including nursing, care, and support staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for nursing and care teams.
• Collaborate with Facility Managers to mentor staff and improve clinical practices.
• Monitor and report workforce compliance to education and development programs.

What You’ll Need

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• 3-5 years clinical experience (Education experience a plus).
• Strong tech skills and experience in e-learning platforms.
• Great leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
