The Role

In this varied and fast-paced role, you will provide efficient, professional, and confidential executive support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) by prioritising and anticipating needs and ensuring high level problem solving to enable the CEO to operate effectively.

A day in this dynamic role will see you deliver diary and email management, provide forward planning to schedule and coordinate meetings, undertake research and collate correspondence and presentations, and engage with key stakeholders across the community legal sector. This role also provides the opportunity to coordinate a range of activities and special projects on behalf of the CEO.

A key component of this role is working collaboratively with the EA to the Chief Operating Officer to ensure the delivery of high level and streamlined executive services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality executive level support to the CEO, including diary management through forward planning and scheduling of meetings with key stakeholders
  • Manage the CEO’s emails through the analysis of enquiries and requests, taking action including responding and redirecting on behalf of the CEO
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and events for the CEO, including coordination of attendees, organising pre-brief and agendas, arranging venues and catering
  • Schedule and coordinate Board and Committee meetings including the collation and distribution of agendas, minutes, actions summaries and Board papers
  • Draft and prepare high quality reports and presentations
  • Coordinate a range of activities and special projects, tracking project timelines, budgets, and outcomes
  • Collaborate across the organisation to establish and implement best practice systems and operational procedures
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships within and external to the organisation

Experience

As a highly collaborative, proactive and solutions focussed Executive Assistant, you will have experience providing high level executive support at CEO level along with the professionalism and confidence to liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
