As we celebrate our 20th anniversary, Reconciliation Australia – a national not for profit organisation committed to building a just, equitable, and reconciled nation – seeks a passionate customer service professional who can serve as the first point of contact for the growing RAP network.
A program that started with eight trailblazing organisations in 2006, today the RAP program is a network of over 1,100 organisations advancing reconciliation by building relationships, respect, and opportunities between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and the broader community. Over the past five years, the program has grown at an annual rate of 25 percent and today we are poised to implement program adjustments to enhance our reach and impact.
The successful candidate will support the activities of the RAP Program and is the first point of contact for all public, phone and email enquiries.
You will have a strong customer service focus, ensuring the effective processing of RAPs and exemplary service delivery to our RAP partners.
The role involves managing the day-to-day communication and administrative functions of the program.
