Are you a leader who wants to make a difference and support disability advocacy in Regional Australia?

Do you have professional skills in accounting, law or management and you want to contribute to the community?

Regional Disability Advocacy Service (RDAS) provide independent, free and local advocacy to people living in North East Victoria and Southern NSW including the Riverina.

RDAS is calling for applications from people with a range of skills and experience to contribute to the governance. RDAS prides itself on being a disability and family-led organisation. People with personal life experience of disability, either themselves or as a carer/family member, are encouraged to apply. Your insight into disability-related issues is relevant and will assist in the systemic advocacy undertaken. People with professional skills and experience in legal, financial, governance, public relations and management are equally valuable.

Successful applicants will be supported to undertake their role and responsibilities. This is an opportunity for you to contribute to your local community in a voluntary role and utilise your skills, knowledge, and experience to a forward-thinking organisation. This is a rewarding position that will value your input to ensure our continued growth and success into the future.

Meeting are held 6 times a year face-to-face or online.
