Direct client services delivered by RAW are low-cost, low-stigma mental health and suicide prevention programs that provide person-centred, non-clinical care and practical support through assertive outreach. RAW aims to improve mental health and well-being and to prevent repeat suicide attempts and suicide deaths. RAW adopts a culturally sensitive, strengths-based and collaborative approach to delivering services.

We are looking for a Practice Manager to lead our state-wide programs; Reach Out, Response for Recovery and Next Gen. The Practice Manager will have at least three years of post-graduation practice experience in the mental health field including experience in the area of suicide risk management and prevention.

The Practice Manager will be responsible for implementing continuous quality improvement in the delivery of RAW’s client services including client risk assessment and safety management; case planning/review and exit planning; training and skills development; and, undertake collaborative service delivery with program coordinators where clients need higher intensity services or have more complex needs or where their suicidal risk behaviour is escalating.
