Relationships Australia WA is a leading provider of support services for individuals, families and communities which include specialist programs for men using violent, coercive and controlling behaviours and for women and children experiencing violence and abuse. Our men’s behaviour change programs aim to initiate a change process in men by holding them accountable for their violence toward family members through exploring and challenging their abusive beliefs and behaviours in a group setting.

We are seeking individuals who are committed to ending violence against women and children to join our dynamic team to co-facilitate in our men’s groups. Vacancies exist across the metropolitan area in our evening groups (6-9 pm). Successful applicants will be provided with ongoing mentoring and supervision support and professional development opportunities.

Selection criteria:

• Possession of, or significant progression towards, a tertiary qualification in psychology, social work, or human services;
• Commitment to the gendered nature of family violence and to enhancing the safety of women and children who have experienced male family violence;
• Desirable: experience in working with men, women and children within an FDV context.
