This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced project officer to join the Practice, Quality and Evaluation team at Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) in this important role with staff who have been delivering effective client focused services and outcomes for over 70 years in Victoria.

About the role

Reporting to the General Manager Clinical Services, this position is responsible for the review and coordination of prevention, early intervention and recovery-oriented groups for children and parents including RAV’s I Like, Like you (ILLY) whole school approach program, Repairenting Program and Tuning Into Kids (TIK) program. The position will assist in ensuring these programs comply with all legislative, funding and contractual obligations, and applicable sector, organisation and service standards.

Based at our Camberwell office, this position is part-time, three (3) days per week. The successful candidate will be offered a fixed-term contract until September 2021 covering parental leave.

Skills, experience and qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience and understanding in child and parenting group programs.
  • High level understanding of child development; family systems; and parenting.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, support and administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate, plan, organise, establish and task priorities whilst communicating with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • High level of attention to detail and good risk management.

What we offer

A competitive salary package is on offer to the successful candidate with a base salary range of $91k to $94k (pro-rata) per annum, superannuation and access to salary packaging.
