This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced ICT support professional to join Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) in this important role with staff who have been delivering effective client focused services and outcomes for over 70 years in Victoria.

About the role

Reporting to the Senior Manager ICT Operations, you will be responsible for providing a centralised Helpdesk service to internal clients, ensuring all calls are handled in a professional manner within acceptable timeframes. You will provide first level support to RAV’s internal staff experiencing ICT issues, management of ICT incidents reported to the Service Desk through to their resolution, and accurate recording of ICT incidents using the Service Desk call logging system. The position is also required to support centre operations staff to incorporate new family violence, state funded programs and income streams into centres, and provide management support across programs.

This role is based in our Camberwell office. The position is full-time and the successful candidate will be offered a one (1) year fixed-term contract, with a possibility of extending this beyond the 12-month period following review of business and operational needs at that time.

Skills, experience and qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or a related area.
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal responsively, patiently and politely with queries and requests for assistance.
  • Ability to undertake (with appropriate training if required) tasks such as creation/maintenance of user accounts, password resets and provision of access to system and information resources.

A competitive sector remuneration package is on offer to the successful candidate with a base salary range of $49k-$51k per annum, superannuation and access to PBI tax-free salary packaging.
