This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced family dispute resolution practitioner, with property mediation knowledge, to join Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV).

Reporting to the Senior Manager Kew, you will be responsible for providing family dispute resolution (FDR) to families by assisting to resolve issues in dispute such as parenting arrangements and property settlements. The role is also responsible for undertaking assessments, group work (as required) and providing information, support and referral to match presenting needs to services and programs.
We are seeking an experienced family dispute resolution practitioner, with property mediation knowledge, to work full-time on an ongoing basis. The position is based at our centre in Kew and the successful candidate will be required to work an evening each week (Tuesday or Thursday) to deliver services to meet the community needs.

A competitive salary package is on offer to the successful candidate with a base salary range of $84k to $95k (pro-rata) per annum, superannuation and access to salary packaging.
