This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Counsellor/Case Manager to work within a small specialist team at our Sunshine centre and join Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) who have been delivering effective client focused services and outcomes for over 70 years in Victoria.

Our services and programs, which are provided from 15 centres across Victoria, include counselling, family dispute resolution, relationship education, family violence services, mental health services, senior relationship services and professional training. Reporting to the Program Manager Therapeutic Services, the Counsellor/Case Manager provides a combination of counselling, advocacy and therapeutic case management to clients living with the impacts of complex trauma. The responsibilities for this role include providing trauma-informed counselling, as well as practical support to people engaging with the National Redress Scheme, and to people affected by forced adoption.
This is a part time, ongoing position working four (4) days per week based at our Sunshine Family Relationship Centre.

You will receive a competitive sector remuneration package with a base salary range of pro-rata $86,822 to $89,271 (pro-rata) per annum, superannuation and access to PBI tax-free salary packaging.
