This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, experienced Manager to join Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) in this important role with a staff who have been delivering effective client focused services and outcomes for over 70 years in Victoria.

Our services and programs, which are provided from 16 centres across Victoria, include counselling, family dispute resolution, relationship education, family violence services, mental health services, senior relationship services and professional training. Reporting to the Senior Manager Kew, your responsibilities include, staff performance and performance management, general administrative and management responsibilities that support the Senior Manager in the effective and efficient operational management of the centre.
The role has key responsibility for the maintenance of quality service delivery and motivating the team to deliver high quality professional services, which align with RAV’s strategic direction and meet contractual obligations.
This role is at our Kew centre and is a permanent, part-time position of 3.5 days per week Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and a half day on Saturday,
You will receive a competitive remuneration package, with a salary range pro-rata of $107,963pa and $114,137pa, plus superannuation and access to PBI tax-free salary packaging.
