The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (the College) is the peak body for advancing patient care and clinical excellence in clinical radiology and radiation oncology. The College is responsible for driving appropriate, high quality and safe use of radiology medical services through training, assessment and accreditation of radiologists and radiation oncologists, maintenance of quality and standards; and strategies to ensure the workforce is enough to support population need in Australian and New Zealand.

The Senior Project Officer – Trainee Liaison Officer is an integral part of our team. In this role you will be responsible for facilitating trainee engagement by acting as a central point of contact across our two faculties (Clinical Radiology and Radiation Oncology) and ensuring communication is seamless to both internal and external stakeholders. You will be a skilled communicator and collaborator, with strong attention to detail, and be eager to develop and maintain our trainee engagement strategy.

You will report directly to the Manager, Training Programs, and work closely and collaboratively with peers within the College, and externally. To succeed in this role, it is essential to have a passion and desire to build and maintain successful relationships, be solutions focused and an active listener, and be a champion and genuine advocate for our trainees in their relevant fields. You will thrive in a fast paced and ever-changing environment. This role requires frequent travel, some of which is to regional locations across Australia.
